How is it going at Dragonair Cargo?

No postings in a while from Dragonair Cargo...I heard they were adding some MAN-HKG frequencies...can anyone confirm?

Mmmmmmmmmmmm.............
I really don't know what's happening,
I've sent several emails to them, enquiring about a flight crew job,
but have not had any response, at all!

I'm B747-300 qualified, with the P&W 7R4G2 engines,
have around 5,100 hours on Classics!

They must be pretty flush for crew.

Cheers

Another jet arrives in Nov, so they still might be recruiting - F/Os only, no more DE commands. Min 3000hrs with 500 on jets and right to work and live in the UK. I gather they already have a large stack of CVs.

e-mail CV to [email protected]

Yep, 6000hrs+ & 3100hrs+ on medium jets still doesn't get a positive response !:(

Kegbuster 11th September 2002 14:56

yep dragonair are increasing their frequencys out of MAN to 7 a week. one day being a double nothing on a Sunday. The 3rd aircraft is due out in November. Rumour has it they are looking at another 2.;)

Fly747 25th September 2002 12:46

Just been in the bar with a new dragonair recruit looks like the first 400 conversion will be on order soon for next year.

It's not what you know, it's who you know. From the horses mouth, no chance unless you have 10,000 hours, yet I know of someone with just over 3,000 who got in. Maybe they're trying to tell me something.....

Still, all those ex-VAA CVs they had may not be there any more!

Fly747 29th October 2002 19:43

You must have got it from the wrong horse, 10000hrs is nonsense. Average intake on 747 must have about 5000hrs with wide range from less than 3 to 10k+.
