So I see that this beastly sod has just 2 businesses remaining. It was about 8 at the time of sentencing. I have heard he could be out by October 2014 which is shockingly short. I would not expect him to show his face either when released.

I hope he's not enjoying his stay at whatever prison. There's a poor girl at his house now who has been attacked by someone looking to reclaim something of his recently. Not sure what but we just don't need his sort round here.

I expect he will show his face when he is released. Someone said it earlier and on reflection I think that was spot on. He's that sort of person.

I have been told he is in a prison in the Preston area, probably with "like minded" offenders. You posted a few months ago that he appeared at Minshull street in Manchester. Did you find out if that was related to his previous sick exploits Stanley?

I'm glad I found this out yesterday, a big relief to know he's finally been caught.

As I said a long time ago I was told that the HMR&C were investigating his companies tax position and had gained access to his computers and found a lot more than a bit of creative VAT accounting.

My guess is that the HMR&C then put the whole thing in the hands of the police and knowing that they would not be in a position to get any of the VAT money back dropped any action as it was not in the public interest to continue.
