Anyone know what is happening with CargoB ? Last I heard they stopped flights to JNB and NBO until further notice ??

One of the two 747s will be in D-check for 2 months, that is the reason.

They will resume Africa flights in September.

Saw an announcement that CargoB will return to Africa later this week... can anyone confirm this ? What routes ? when ??

Two key backers have walked away from Cargo B. They have now been given some sort of backing from the Belgium govenment but have to move their base from BRU to LGG.

Which backers pulled out of cargo b? Was it the japanese?

Do we know how they got on with the first JNB flight? South and North bound?

Full outbound, 60t inbound.

Any one can fill an aircraft up if they offer silly rates.
Cargo B im sure have done this just to get as much cargo onboard as possible.
With the rates currently what they are in the market place I doubt very much this flight made a profit.

Cargo B have cancelled their second rotation in to Africa today. Im guessing they do not have enough freight to cover the cost?

Is that cancelling the 2nd rotation from the schedule completely or just for this week ?
