Guys,

Sorry to be picky:E , but as far as I know Managua is the capital of Nicaragua and is not located in Brazil as Atlast title says.

Regards,

Is there a chance they can get this bird in the air again? Doesnt appear to be any major fuselage damage. Granted they will have to change the engines and flush the electrical systems from the mud but it looks like it could be
flyable again?

We had a DC10-30 overun YVR on an RTO years ago. Superficially - similar damage. Got it unstuck and back to the hangar. Got the Douglas RAMs team up from Long Beach and although it took 4 or 5 months, she flew again.
