It seems like DHL/EAT has opened up again for FO A330 applicants, on career.aero?

Assessment
Hi guys.
Does anybody have recent experience with the Assessment for DHL/EAT via Interpersonal? Any tips how to prepare? Rumors say the Skytest prep is useless. I’d be thankful for any help. |

Look, I don't like it either, specially when you arrive at the same time at the same hotel like the UPS guys, I always finde them a bit snobby, but it is according to the agreement, WE can not fly within the US because its the same country, same for UPS, they can not go from CGN to MUC, but they can of course go from CGN to WAW, GVA, LIS, etc. It is what it is.
The race to the bottom already started in DHL some time ago. If you go to BSL, which is technically in France, you will meet a FedEx 757, coming down from CDG. Bottom line: We go nowhere, they go everywhere! |
I don't know if BSL is technically France or not, to me its Switzerland. They don't go everywhere, but they can do more in Europe than we can in the US and I think that has something to do with the decision of a few european countries some 80 years ago, to be ruled by the americans rather than by the germans. ;-)

Probably not many with 1000 hrs on the A330 or with considerable FBW experience.

anyone who went already through the process of DHL EAT assessment lately for their 330 FO positions?
I would be also very keen to hear more as my application is also in their pipeline :) |

I suspect they are being ageist or they only want German or EU nationals?

Yep, but because Basel is still in Switzerland, there might be different rules for that, I have no clue.
The EU seems to be very open minded towards a few other nations when it comes to traffic right, see Qatar at the moment. |
