SwiftAir
Does anyone know how this company is fairing out with the phaseout of the 727s?
Are they owned by EAT? |
Happy,
SwiftAir is not owned by DHL/EAT but there are 'interests' in the company. The Spanish seem to be slightly more 'enlightened' than some of the more northern CAAs & it looks like SWT will be operating the 727 for a few years yet. They also operate ATR42, EMB120, CV580 & Metro so their overall future looks assured, even if the 72's are forced out. |
Hi,
I sent them my c.v.,got their application form as response after one week and heard nothing since then. Does anybody know if it is possible to get a job with them as a non spanish national? (I´m german) What are the working conditions (pay, rostering etc.?) Thanx for help |
Howdy,
that would be in fact interesting to learn more about Swift or other parcel companies! Thanx for any input. @ volcanic: are flying for any company in our "good old germany"? Regards Dash8 |
Swiftair have a few non-Spanish pilots, who work on the same 8 on 6 off as EAT, which means sim checks etc. on "days off." The pay is not brilliant.
