US.over 60 freight??

Is it 'legal' to fly to the states(US) over 60 on freigthers as captn?
Part 121 stipulates 'no',any other approval refences.
Part 129(foreign carriers )stipulate no restriction, but the back of the licence stipulates recognition of the ICAO limit.
What do the US guys do,go to part 91/135 operators???

That should read references'

It makes no difference what is in the aircraft, freight, Pax, or empty. Part 121 prohibits 60+ aged pilots. You can go to the engineers seat if you like, and can find a ride. Most guys simply retire, or go to Wal Mart a Greeters
