On a 4 to 6 hour flight the DC-8 will burn an average of 6.5mt of fuel per hour, assuming you get your altitude. Then, engine reserves, maintenance costs, crew costs, insurance, etc., all must be added to the equation. And, don't forget the catering!

Thanks, I've got almost every cost exept Airframe and engine reserves costs, the rest is calculated. Someone have any idea about those costs. I serch, emailed lot of people but I wasnt able to get an answer. Thanks to all

The (US) DOT publish this data every month.
Also go into google & do a search for aircraft operating costs.
You find a number of sites that give this information, including cargo operators (as required under US legislation).
The DOT site is a mine of information.
