Believe AFX were wound up today in the Companies Court,Royal Courts of Justice.London.

I wondered why their B747 was parked northside at STN - so is this it, gone under (again)? Thought they had got themselves sorted out.

A search of Companies House shows 3 AFX companies. 1 in liquidation, 1 in administration & the 3rd one incorporated two months ago.

Was there not an article in Time magazine last year pertaining to a forthcoming trial with Evergreen International. AFX are suing them as I remember for shoddy maintainance?
