Rear Ramp Cargo Doors Comparison

Rear Ramp Cargo Doors

Trying to draw some comparisons between the Russian and Western freight aircraft safety-wise with respect to the ones sporting rear-ramp cargo doors.

Are the TU and IL series that have rear-ramps all non-plug type?

Are C130, C-141, C-17 and C-5, Sherpa etc plug, non-plug or a mixture?

Would it be correct to say that most (plug or non-plug) rear door systems are hyd actuated but held closed by both hyd and electrical latching?
