out of interest

Just out of interest, because I have a thirst for knowledge
which UK airports handle the most freight.??
everyone always goes on about pax numbers ect.. and it would
be nice to know which field does the most cargoing.

I have a idea what do you think am I way off the mark

1 heathrow
2 manchester
3 east midlands
4 stansted
5 gatwick

your thoughts please

i'm too lazy to find the book with latest figures, however I bet LHR is number one due to excessive bellyhold capacity.

I think EMA is first for 'pure' freight but heathrow for overall tonnage due belly cargo
