I think he said 200F, F meaning freighter. A pax 200 can be had for not much - the American deserts are full of them. But freighters are hard to come by

I believe a conversion (pax to freighter) can be done for around USD$ 2.5 million by Boeing. That's the floor / door (main cargo) modification. Costs another USD$ 500,000 for the nose mod.
