Typical B767 Crew Activity

Dear Fellow CrewDogs' PPruners,

I would be very interested in getting some hindsight regarding the following questions, for B767 Freighter crews:
- How many legs per day on Average ?
- How long is each leg on average ?
- How much time in between legs ?
- How much time at Flight Ops or at the Airplane at the start of your day ?
- How long total is a whole crew day in general ?
- Do you come back to your home base after a return trip, or do you sometimes have some resting time in a hotel somewhere ?
- Do you fly with three pilots or with two only ? (Not four I believe....) On what does this depend ?
- Does the above vary if you belong to a major cargo company (FedEx, UPS, etc....) as opposed to a smaller one ?
- Is the above significantly different for a company based in the US/North America as opposed to Europe, Asia, elsewhere... ?
- Is the above significantly different for other type of Cargo airplanes ? B737, 747, 757, etc....

I am also interested in the official crew day/crew rest regulations, and some non-sensitive info on Company agreements reg these matters.

Thanks a million for your help as always,
Happy New Year and Merry Landings !
