Silkways reported down

A freight plane of Azerbaijan‘s Silk Way airline has crashed in Afghanistan, killing seven of its nine crew, Azerbaijan‘s civil aviation administration said.
It said the plane had crashed after taking off from Dwyer airport in Afghanistan. The crew were from Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
“A cargo plane belonging to Azerbaijani Silk Way air carrier crashed in Afghanistan’s Helmand Province,” the source told RIA Novosti.
According to Azeri local media, the plane was on loan from Silk Way to carry out cargo missions in Afghanistan, and had an international crew comprising three Ukrainian, five Azeri and one Uzbek nationals.

Hmmm, empty flight with one engine running too hot. So lets leave it at idle and do a three engine takeoff.

Crash: Silk Way AN12 at Camp Dwyer on May 18th 2016, engine failure

Preliminary report from the Russians is actually in English. They are learning...the investigators that is.
