Matter of fact, loooooooong list of advantages, but to name a few more......
- no need for PAs.
- no need to circumnavigate ugly weather, just strap on and
- no need to worry about turbulence, delays, diversions, ride reports and the lawsuits from stupid American pax
- nobody bitches about too cold, too hot....
- no Cabin attendants to screw up your marriage
And so on......
Life's good

Don't like the weather at your destination? Just divert wherever you feel most comfortable, no-one will give much of a toss as company won't have to organize and pay for 400 hotel rooms.
No more waiting for that late first class pax who holds up a 300 million dollar airplane with crew and 400 other pax because she or he loses track of time in the duty free.

Need to take a leak? No need to call for a flight attendant to babysit the other guy, just walk through the curtain.
Basically they give you the world's greatest airplane (747), a colleague or two, a destination, and then leave you alone to get on with it... pure fun.
