Question Westatlantic change of AOC

With the impending move of the Westatlantic UK AOC to Sweden many may not have clocked that all Flight Time Limitations will move away from CAP 371 to EASA Subpart Q. Is this a good thing I ask myself?

When I was there (ages ago) there was no union and of course, no kind of scheduling agreement. All sorts of dodgy rostering with no concern at all for crews. I have no idea what subpart Q contains but if they (managment) want to change to it, then it must be designed to make your life miserable.

Guys, you've got to get youself some kind of union.
