Asiana 747-400F crash report status

It had now been three years since the Asiana 747-400F crash off of Jeju islands and wreckage was located three months later. This seems an uncommonly long time for either an interim or final crash report Anybody have any news, please, regarding an interim or final crash report? I am beginning to suspect Li-Ion industry pressures in Korea.
Thank you,

It has probably been determined that it never happened.
