Is this DHL EAT or DHL Air uk? They are different animals and what's true for one is not necessarily true for the other.

I'll put this on here for the benefit of others - PM me if you need more.

Wide and varied route structure, good aviation on both types. Good bunch of people to fly with.

All new joiners will be Leipzig based for ever so do not even go to an interview unless you have absolutely got your head round how to make Lej work. It is a lovely city with plenty to do but it's in the middle of nowhere so the majority commute on the network. You will be paying German social security, you will need some form of accommodation, be it hotel, shared appartment/house, own apartment/house.

Lej works best for those who have relocated there.

Do not expect to rack up the hours.

It's all night work and sleep patterns can be difficult.

No glamour (?) of carrying passengers.

No bevy of hot F/As to entertain you down route.

That's my starter for ten and I say again - understand how you plan to make Leipzig work otherwise there's a good chance it'll end in tears further down the line.

Good luck

Apologies for jumping in the thread here but it is still relevant.

deltahotel, you mentioned hours. Can you give an estimate for annual hours out of LEJ? Thanks!

350h in 2013. Both companies have some weird people in management position, but the people down route are nice.
Use the search function and you will get answers to most of your questions.
