Housing Allowance is reasonable, but if you have a family, then unlikely to cover what would be required. Education allowance is unlikely to cover children's education. You will not fly more than 30 odd hours a month (that's max). The salary is below the industry average, medical insurance is basic, there is no cover whilst away from the Island. So if you healthy, have no kids, are not hour building, then it's a great place....
