I think you should check out "new cargo outfit in DXB", that was TCA, and the third A/C was actually the second A/C in Jakarta being painted in Kam Air colours. TCA/Kam were being investigated by the CIA for drug smuggling/money laundering, they lost US contracts and have stopped flying.
