Kenya Airways Cargo to operate freighters
They are to get one 747-400F and two 737-400F any idea when and from whom? destinations are Guangzhou, Amsterdam and Lagos amongst other regional ones.

Nairobi 12 October, 2011 ... Kenya Airways fleet modernisation and expansion programme today received a boost when the airline signed an agreement with General Electric Capital Aviation Services, GECAS the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of General Electric, for the delivery of two Boeing 777-300 Extended Range (ER) aircrafts.
The two aircrafts are expected to be join Kenya Airways fleet in October 2013 and May 2014 respectively with the aircrafts scheduled to operate long haul routes including Amsterdam, Bangkok, Guangzhou and Dubai in order to maximise both passenger and cargo traffic.

Guangzho-Nairobi cargo service will tie to Europe freight networks
Kenya Airways, tapping into growing trade between Africa and China to build its burgeoning cargo network, is launching 747-400 freighter service this month between Guangzho in China’s industrial manufacturing region and the Kenyan capital of Nairobi.
The airline will tie the operation to its growing regional cargo business across Africa and to its expanding partnerships in Europe, Sauda Rajab, general manager for cargo Kenya Airways, told this month's annual China Air Cargo Summit in Shenzhen.
“The idea is to connect the three continents — Asia, Africa and Europe,” she said. “We believe we are suitably placed to increase trade between China and Africa, and felt this would work both for us and our partners.”
Those partners include the Air France-KLM group, which has an equity stake in the African carrier, along with other members of the Skyteam Alliance of passenger airlines and the cargo operations at the Skyteam carriers. Rajab said the routing of the widebody freighter would include Amsterdam and Lagos, Nigeria and the airline will use two 737-400 freighters joining Kenya Airways’ fleet next year to connect with cargo traffic with other cities across Africa.
That cargo expansion is part of a broader growth effort at the Kenyan carrier that includes plans for 40 destinations in Africa with passenger aircraft in the coming years. African trade with China is growing rapidly, she said, but air cargo capacity
