Question Life at Yangtze River Express

Hi Guys,
For those of you who fly for Yangtze now can you give me your thoughts and opinions of the company. I have been offered a job there and want to know what I am getting into. Please give both the good and the bad. I live in the states and will commute to LAX. Thanks
