About Eva Air, you will be invited 1 week in Taipei for the screening. The assessment use to be as follow: 50 Atpl questions in 1 hr ( not so difficult, basic general knowledge), sim check (around 30 min and they will brief you about everything, very fair), interview with the management, chief pilots and HR. Could happen questions+ inteview or questions+ sim in the same day. Than, if successful, you will spend the last 2 days doing medical checks, very accurate!
