I'm currently working for them on MD11, and I'm looking for opportunities with other companies. Usually it's been the expats who were seeking better jobs on the market since they are away from their families anyway, but this time around a lot of local pilots are also leaving the company, and the country.
If you still want to try your luck with this company, all I can say is that their triple seven fleet is OK (not the worst on the market), but other fleets seem to belong to a totally different company where you wouldn't want to have anything to do with.
Go figure.
