A300B4-200F Flight Plan help requested

First time poster, long time lurker. I was wondering if anyone could help with a REAL flight plan scenario as follows:
A300B4-200F on a 900nm trip out of a runway at 5000' MSL, and 8000' long; temperature of 80F/27C; 1 hour fuel reserve.
What payload could we take and what would the fuel burn be?
Please let me know if you can help. Thanks!

I guess you will get a qualified answer quicker if you advise actual route you looking for. To answer your current question, people should look into performance manuals and do other unnecessary manual work, and answer would not be any precise anyway. Real citypair can be just entered into flight planning software and result will be available in a few mouse clicks.
