Farnair - update?

I`ve been looking around for some info on farnair, and it seems that the opinions differ significantly... but a lot of the post where fairly old, can anybody offer a current update on the working and flying situation?

I applied for the non ATR First Officer position and received an email back with information on the ATR type rating 30,000 Euros for TR and 65 hours on type!!! Thats a lot of money. Anyone know if they actually need FOs at the moment? or is this just another come get a TR with us and then on your way?

Anyone in the know have any information regarding Farnairs needs for FOs?
