Rosters & salary DHL UK
Can anybody give me a summary of the rosters one might expect working for DHK based in Leipzig?
What salary conditions might one expect?
Is commuting still possible?
Many thanks

Currently there is no fixed pattern roster (previously it was 9 and 5) so expect totally random rostering. The target is to achieve 11 days off per calendar month, averaged over 3 months.
Salary will depend entirely on which contract you are on, based on experience.
Commuting is possible, but as a UK domiciled / LEJ based pilot you will have no entitlement to jump seats to work, and only on a space-available basis for getting back. LEJ is not the easiest place to get to, most of the guys use Ryanair to Berlin, then by train.
Best of luck.

Not entirely helpful Mr Angry. Talk to the company and see what the deal is. Granted, LEJ is not the easiest place to access - OTOH, who else is recruiting? And you never know - you might even enjoy the job! Like anywhere else, we are not without our issues, but with a little effort many do find a way to make it work for them.
