Do they fly to Tbilisi TBS still cause it's not on their schedule but seen a acars message BAW3465, stn,cgn,pvg would this be a tech stop or somthing is anybody could tell me please

BAWC(GSS) to TBS
Think you'll find all space is marketed and paid for by Coyne Airways with BAWC buying back space as required for their own use.
Just a way to get the aircraft back to the Far East without running empty.
