OMG WTF

A company under CVA can sack anyone without notice and without compensation. Any redundancy payments or industrial tribunal awards will be paid by the government.

There are several companies that offer advice on CVA. I don't want to put up a link in case it's seen as advertising, but just Google 'CVA' and you will see them.

Retrenchment

MK always had the reputation of a company who looked after their pilots. As a result they could offer poor salaries, even in the good times. Now they have chopped a bunch of crews, for virtually no saving with the 'paid when you work deal'. What these companies forget is that people remember this sort of thing.

A well made, nostalgic video of MK life from the lone FE's perspective. . . .

Aah, that takes me back (though I was not with MK).

Now, behind my desk, nostalgia becomes a wonderful thing!

MK AIRLINES will shortly exit administration after a year in which it has sought protection from its creditors, whilst it restructures its business.

A heart warming story, but I suspect the creditors still owed thousands will not see it that way
