Hiring info

Does anyone know if they have filled all positions?
How is the selection process?

Rumour on the street is that its been put on hold for the moment.

Does anyone know for a fact when they plan to start?

Does anyone know if they have filled all positions?

What is their selection process?

Merry Cristhmas everyone.

What's the latest with Air Cargo Germany? Any new hiring? Any new 747s coming in addition to original four aircraft?

Also, let's say hypothetically that one were to get offers to fly for both Air Cargo Germany and Aerologic. Which would be the better choice and why? Again, hypothetical situation. I know people who would likely apply to both who have enough hours and experience to be considered (including potential internal contacts) - so, it could happen if both were hiring. What are the pros/cons to either operator? Looking for serious responses please.

PMs welcome.

Cheers

ACG or Aerologic

definitively ACG. Leipzig is out in the boondogs, In Hahn you are conveniently located 1 hour from FRA,LUX or LGG. Mosel.Nahe and Rhein invite you for a Vinocultural tour de force. also the Highwayconnections around Hahn are a dream compared to the eternally clogged up ones around Berlin-Leipzig. a definitive plus for non native german speekers is the fact that in the hunsrueck area you will not have the additional problem of comming to terms with the " maschendrahtzaun" dialekt. now for flying and rostering etc etc.... eerrrmmm... well..... I don't know anything about aerologic.

@ nsc : sweet posting, really- the area of hahn is nice. i have multi missions out of leipzig and it is also a nice people area. well... nevertheless. acg cargo is higly politics and all cockpit positions are spent- no applications. lets look how their 747-400 fleet will challange the cargo market.

There are plenty of cockpit crew at ACG who don't speak a word of German.
Give it a try.
