Anyone any info about rumors about Maximus Air Cargo being sued for a breach of contract? dont know if its not happy pilots and crew customers or airports bills. Hope its not another tale of grounded cargo operators.

Sorry but I think you are badly misinformed

Maximus Air Cargo are going from strength to strength - since getting their AOC in June last year they have added two Airbus A300-600RF fresh from cargo conversion at EADS in Dresden and two Lockheed L100-30 Hercules. These were added to their existing fleet of Antonov AN124 and 3 x Ilyushin IL76TD freighters.

Recently the Airbus aircraft have been on wet lease with Iberia/Air France and Etihad Airways.

They are actively recruiting both Airbus and Lockheed crews to be based in both Europe and UAE - full details can found on the company at www.maximusaircargo.ae.
