Arrow Any News From EMERY At Dayton Hub?

Word is that CNF is not working diligently to restore its grounded airline unit: Emery Worldwide Airlines. But CNF is continuing business as usual with wet leased equipment from Ryan Air, Kitty Hawk, Gemini Air Cargo, ATI, among others. Apparently there has been no interruption of CNF's cargo movements. The FAA had postponed an emergency meeting with company officials because the agency felt that management was not yet prepared to have a meeting about restoring its airline.
Is it conceivable that CNF is not longer interested in running its in house airline unit?

Any Emery pilots out there in the know?
