Looking for information on conditions at Tyrolean ie Wages, Progression and General Morale of Pilots etc

Not to sure about pilots. Did my ticket with a Tyrolean OPS person. He advised that wages weren't soooo great (as they usually are in Austria - i.e. in comparison to Switzerland and Germany). As of working conditions he seemed to be pertty happy...

Also, Tyrolean has a strong connection to Austrian, so there might be a way to sneek into a position with those guys after a while.
