Question Scope/Flowthrough agreements

I'm doing some research on the various agreements between the mainline carriers and their regional partners. I'm trying through this forum to get some info on the European carriers. ie is there any agreement between KLM and City Flyer(correct me if I'm wrong)on scope of aircraft size at City Flyer or pilot movement from the regional to the mainline? What about Lufthansa, BA, SAS, Swissair etc etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
