I received info that they are begining to interview new hire in january 2000, I tried to find out what the bare minimums are for new hire and was replied ATPL/CPL JAA or endorseable to and min 1000 TT hours and as much as ME time.
Now, since I knew a couple of guys ( an Aussie and a French pilot) that got hired and had their license validated on co. expense, Of course this guys are experienced capt ATR. Any ideas about their current demographics on new hire ? and would they validate the New hire's license or you have to be ready to go before you set your foot in the hangar?
ANy clues?

Try asking zippyz (an Ozmate Captain with them). Not sure if his e-mail is on his profile.

Just got the news today, confirmed that for F/O position min 1000tt /CPL/ir/me that can be validated to an equvalent Dutch CPL. The catch is you must pay your own type that cost approx. 35K USD....yikes ! and they start with about 1500USD per month and a contract for 3 years...anybody ready for the long winding road?
