Does anybody have any good info on this company, ie specific routes, number of employees, money behind the operation, key names etc etc I would be particularly interested to know if their AOC is suspended or has actually been withdrawn. .. .tks in anticipation. . . . [ 21 March 2002, 10:57: Message edited by: s.lindburgh ]

Unhappy

AFX has definitely gone into receivership. It is an ex-cargo airline, sadly

Scribbler- Get your facts correct before engaging in idle gossip. AFX is not in receivership. It is in administration. A different ballgame all together. Dont be surprised to see it in the air again very soon. Nice to see so many people quick to jump on the bandwagon to put them down. I suppose of course YOU are in a totally secure job!. .Accountant, aviation consultant, whatever they do for their money!! Hopefully you will find yourself in the same position one day!

SevenO.. . Do you work for AFX??? if so then you must be aware of the failings of the company, and must have been aware for some time.Nobody is knocking the peole who worked for AFX,just the cr-p management. If certain people had listened to advise and others had been man enough to give it,maybe AFX would still be flying, and lets face wether its receivership or administration we still aint been payed yet.. .. .This axe seems to get sharper the more I grind it.

AFX ADMINISTRATION ?

Does Philip Bowls still run AFX with Ian ?. If so, highly unlikely they will go down without a good fight. PB is a bit of a "Freddy L" when it comes to survival.........

Yeah, perhaps he is. But at the end of the day he survives, and his employees all die!
