Air India Cargo add first 737-200SF

The aircraft has been converted from Indian Airlines subsidiary Alliance Air's fleet, 4 more are to be converted and a single 732C will also be taken on from the airline, the first aircraft is in AI's new livery and flying domestic routes.

Who's doing the conversion for them? is it happening in India?

Looks like Air India are trying to get some of the market Blue Dart are enjoying. They seem to have a nice little number going there.
As is often the case, when small independents carve their niche the big national monolith wades in with competition.
Heard BD got another 757 coming. When is it arriving?
