R u talking about Mistral Air in Italy.
If your answer is yes, this is what i can say about it.
It's owned by the Poste Italiane (Italian Postal service).
They are using 737-3 quick change. During the night they fly the mail around italy, during the day they fly charter.
Last december they were looking for qualified 737 pilots, but right now i don't know if they are still looking for any. If u r looking for more info post your question in the italian speeking forum. There they will be happy to answer your questions. Italian pilots like to talk a lot

In reply to your question . I am a brit, have worked for Mistral as a contract pilot for 4 years , am verry happy and well paid for what I do on a 146. Thay are expanding with 737 QCs 3 now and 2 to come soon. The 73s do cargo at night and pax in day all crews will do bothe so vared. All crews seem happy and are a mixed bunch. Good luck

Avcom - Mistral?
Could you tell me a bit more about the Avcom-situation..? (does it include accomodation,..) I also read some topics that they do not pay always on time .. probably just rumours but don't want to find myself in the middle of a painfull situation w/out money!

In reply to your last. Having worked for Mistral 4 years, yes Avcom have been late with money a few times, this is only when Mistral have been late with the payments with them. It has happened to me approx 3 times in total. Always due to posti and a public Holiday and never longer than 8 days. However I believe that all is now resolved. Avcom I have found to be very good, honest and very helpful to me I can recommend them. A contact name John Derrik he and his partner are both ex 73 pilots and run the company
