Seeking New Challenge..
Dear All,
How do I get into the Freight industry? There is a plethora of info about ways into the airlines etc but very little is ever said about freight flying. The package for freight dudes seems much better and I reckon the atmosphere could be a lot more "fun" too. I have no desire to "do" the hostie thing as I ticked that box being married to one for 7 years!
I have a PPL, 190+ hours, a degree (yawn!!) and 9 years service in HM Forces behind me (originally as a helo pilot).
I am on the verge of forking out £30k to Bournemouth Commercial Flying Training for the MECPL/IR and MCC. I am 32 years old.
Any help or advice much appreciated.
Cheers

MFWF,
Unfortunately i cant give you any specific info as i dont fly for a cargo airline. However have a look on www.ppjn.com . Click on 'All Factfiles' and than the middle one will show all cargo airlines and their requirements.
