Holiday and Flight Discounts for Freight Dogs
The title says it all really.
I was hoping for any tips and pointers to help arrange a family holiday for a true freight dog. I know that touchdown is one option but have already noticed that in the "Am I eligible?" section it has airline staff and cargo airline as two different options which give 2 slightly different results. I have noticed that the Virgin Atlantic discounted flights only allows for 3 passengers to accompany the qualifying staff member, which is a bit of a blow when there are 3 children and Mrs B.
Tempted as I am sometimes to put the children in a cardboard box and send them as freight, Mrs Blakey insists that we all travel in a seat. So I am currently working on a bigger cardboard box with a seat in it. In the meantime any help would be appreciated and I am sure useful to other dogs too.
