Low Houred 'Cadets' and Freight Airlines
Hi
In the next 12 months I shall be somewhere near completing training for my Frozen ATPL(A) with OAT.
Nothing much seems to get mentioned regarding low houred pilots securing employment with the freight airlines but is anyone aware of whether the likes of DHL, TNT etc. are likely to recruit such pilots?
I did try run a search on this before writing this post - didn't find anything so apologies if this question has been asked before!

DHL Air took on 12 low hours pilots a few years ago, and have just appointed a further 2 or 3. As there is likely to be an on-going requirement for pilots, it is possible that more low-hours pilots will be taken on, but as far as I know there is no particular company policy.
The person to contact is Ms Ginny Hambly, HR Manager.
Best of luck.
