WR They are quoting from $66-$248 for A380 crew. If I remember correctly I spoke to a fedex crew in a bar early one morning and they said they got paid by the hour, so much for flying so much for standby. They could bid for their roster if they didn't want to fly they stayed at home if they wanted to do hotel standby anywhere on the network they could bid for a week in a hotel somewhere. If they wanted to earn a lot of money they could bid for max flying. Based on seniority of course, so those at the bottom picked up the stuff nobody wanted.
