NEED ABIT OF HELP

First of all hello everyone this is my first post

I am currently serving in the RAF as a movements controller and my time is up in a few years and am thinking of a career as a loadmaster when i get out!!! Now I know alot of loadmasters are done in house but i was wondering if anyone can shed some light on a couple of things????
1: Which companys use loadmasters???

2: Whats the pay like???

3: Is there any quals that would help me get a job like this as i already have a NVQ2 in airside ramp oparations. I am still in the RAF so they can put me through courses befor I leave!!!!

I hope to hear something soon cheers all
