What are his requirements for pilots?
No experience myself, but I'd guess he wants Pilots with:
amnesia;
no ethics what-so-ever;
some experience on An-12s;

Pilots capable of speaking Russian and experienced with graft and guns are perferred, although chrash courses in both skills are given.

You must be willing to move quick from location to location and a not be surprised if yer Airline is suddenly known under a different name and the yer aircraft suddenly received a new registration, although the company is still registered at the same mailbox.

Is it worth it for a first job????
Man I'm struggling for this first job and I don't wanna make a choice I'd regret. If this could be a bridge betweeen me and a more stable job, please advise.
I'm looking for something in the are, I learned arabic in school and college and I got fluent in it, so I don't know if it would help.
