Charlie Abbs

Charlie Abbs, veteran Flight Engineer and well known freight dog, died on Thursday 24th February from a heart attack. He had been ill for some time. The funeral will be held at Thaxted Parish Church at Noon on 16th March. Details from [email protected]

Sad news, Charlie was a friend and I have had many good hours arguing with him over this or that, but I for one will really miss the old bugger, I'll have a drink to him now, but it won't be complete 'til I'm home in Thaxted, To his wife J, and son and daughter all my condolences,
Abbs will be missed, he was part of Thaxted
