Aer Lingus

Anyone have news on Aer Lingus pulling out of the freight business to concentrate on low cost pax only?

Yep,

Pulling out of airfreight in Europe, but will continue to carry coffins(I jest you not). Transatlantic freight will remain.

BTW, I once heard from the Cargo Manager of an nameless holiday airline that one of their most common shipments in their belly space on ex Far East flights was human remains, especially those of elderly male tourists visiting Bangkok!
