Who moves Horses to USA?

Can any of you point me in the right direction?

Recently moved to TX, Mrs T left horse behind under daughters supervision whilst at Uni in UK. Horse proving to be the straw that broke camels back, looking into option of bringing horse over here.

Who does it?
How much is it likely to cost?
What are the ports of departure and arrival?

Anything else I need to know?

Lufthansa seem to do a good job about it too. They were entrusted with a whole bunch of Saudi horses recently. Dont know how you're going to get the horse from the UK to FRA though.......

This will be very very expensive and while for racehorses/olympics etc it may be worth it, if your horse is just a hack it would be much cheaper to get one in TX.

Thanks everyone for the steers (no pun intended).

Have tracked down suitable agent in the UK - just need a new mortgage to pay for it as predicted.

If anyone else needs to know feel free to PM me

Regards

T
