Question Mix n match - Freight / pax

Hi,

Just wondering how airlines that operate both freight and passenger operations roster their crew. Do they have a "freight" crew and a "passenger" crew or would crews on say BA 747s operate a freight sector one week and a pax sector the next??

Cheers.

BA dont mix & match. The BA747F operation is an entirely different set up where aircraft & crews are operated by a specific operating company aka GSS.

The Channex/Jet2 737 operation can have you flying pax one day and freight the next, no crew member on the fleet is confined to one sort of flight
