Ocean Air Info´s please

In this weeks copy of "Flight International" is an article about a new start-up called "Ocean Air". They are planning to start operations in the 3rd quarter of 2004 from Brescia, Italy with B747-200. Has anybody heard something about this outfit?
Whom to contact for a drivers job?
