Shanghai Cargo at Southend

737 Shanghai has been at SEN for a number of weeks and is undergoing engine tests at this time. Can somebody tell me why it has a TF and a B registration, it has been resprayed into Shanghai Cargo so I assume that is where it is bound, but why with TF registration as surely they cannot be using that AOC.

It's an ex Icelandair aircraft that is going to Shanghai Cargo. I believe it was resprayed at Norwich and is at Southend for some maintenance work prior to delivery to China.
